Overview
Wyoming residents who own or operate medium sized industrial or manufacturing firms are eligible for this program. The program provides fixed asset financing and five year interest rate subsidies of loans to be used for creating jobs.
Funds Availability and Use
The Wyoming State Treasurer purchases the guaranteed portions of SBA or Rural Economic and Community Development loans. Funds may be used to acquire land and buildings, buy machinery and equipment and build or renovate facilities.
