Overview
Nurse Family Partnership is a home visiting program for first time mothers. A registered nurse with special training directs the visits.

This Program Provides:
- Help and support throughout pregnancy and your babies first two years.
- Education on breast feeding, nutrition, child growth and development, bonding / attachment, and empowers young mothers to become the best parents they can be.
- There are no financial qualifications.
Welcome Home Visits Program
Welcome Home Visits is a free home visit given by a Registered Nurse with expertise in newborn care.
Services
This Program Provides:
- One to two home visits.
- Education on breast-feeding, nutrition, child growth and development, safety seats.
- Provides blood pressure checks and baby weight checks.
- Breast pump rental program.
- Discusses postpartum and parenting issues.
- There are no financial qualifications.
Power Program
The Power Program is a flexible program to meet the needs of the parents.

This Program Provides:
- Three to fifteen home visits.
- Help and support throughout pregnancy, labor and delivery.
- Education on breastfeeding, nutrition, child growth and development, safety seats, bonding / attachment, and empowers mothers to become the best parent they can be.
- There are no financial qualifications.
