1. How was I chosen for jury duty?

Jurors are randomly selected by the Secretary of State from the registered voters and licensed drivers residing in Uinta County.

2. How long will I have to serve?

The jury term is six months long. It runs from April to October or October to April.

3. Do I have to be available every day for jury duty?

No. You will be notified if and when you need to appear for a specific jury trial.
