Prenatal Classes

Classes will be taught by a Public Health Nurse and a Labor & Delivery Nurse

Classes will include: -
How to know when labor truly begins Interventions, their risks and benefits
The best birthing practices Tips for breastfeeding success
The birth process itself-what to expect Signs & symptoms of postpartum complications
Pain management-both pharmacologic & non pharmacologic What to do with a new baby
methods, including breathing and relaxation techniques Hospital tour

2020 Childbirth Preparation Classes 
 Uinta County Public Health and Evanston Regional Hospital present a 3-class series to help expectant parents 
prepare for their baby's arrival. 

                   2020 Class Dates:
                   
  • March 2, 9, & 16
  • June  1, 8, & 15                                               
  • September 14, 21, & 28                                              
  • December 7, 14, & 21
  •        Class Day & Time:  Mondays,  6:00-8:00 pm
  •         Location:  Evanston Regional Hospital Classroom, by the Cafeteria.
