A Claim for Abatement must be filed within thirty (30) days of the last date of visitation or it will be barred and denied by the court.
Objection to Claim for Child Support Abatement
Notice of Immediate Approval to Claim for Child Support
The Custodial Parent may file a Notice of Immediate Approval to Claim for Child Support Abatement, at no charge.
If an Objection has been filed, the non-custodial parent has fifteen (15) days to file a Response before the file is submitted to the Judge for a ruling on the abatement.
